No Guarantees: We do not guarantee sales results, listing performance, or marketplace acceptance.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

By Us: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the service ends, but these terms remain in effect for liability and intellectual property provisions.
